Shipping policy

Normal Production time is 2-3 weeks on all embroidered items, but could take a bit longer during the show & holiday seasons. Embroidered items are made to order which means these are custom and not stock products, we physically have to order the product from our supplier and then logo it after it's received. Some brands ship faster than others so that is why the lead time is longer on embroidered items.

 

For stock items, we will ship out in 2-3 days after the order is placed.  Please keep in mind that if you have a combined order of some stock items and some embroidered items we will ship everything at one time when the embroidered items are finished.  

The shipping time provided at checkout is the expected timeframe only from when you receive a notice that your order has shipped.  

If there are any backorders or any other issues with your order we will be in contact with you directly to resolve the problem.

*We will do our best to get orders processed and shipped out asap. During the Christmas/Holiday season is when we see the biggest rise in orders so we urge you to get your order in as soon as you can during that time period!
