Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will make every effort to make things right should you receive a defective item or we have made some sort of mistake in the production process. If you decide you do not want the item, please notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving it. You must return the item within 20 days of delivery, unless otherwise notated in the item description, with return shipping costs covered by you. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment minus a 20% restocking fee. This fee applies to the item price plus any applicable taxes, excluding the original shipping charges. Following these steps ensures a smooth and timely refund process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undecorated and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
