Registration for the 2022 FROG International Rally opens on
Wednesday, April 27, at 12:00 noon EDT and closes on
Friday, July 22 at 5:00 p.m., or earlier if all sites are filled.

Once you select your tickets and hit the "Buy Tickets" button, you'll have 30 minutes to complete registration. During that time, the tickets you've placed in your cart are being held for you. If you log out, or don't complete your registration within 30 minutes, tickets in your cart will be returned to inventory and will be available to others.

Please take the time to be sure that you enter information accurately, especially Driver and Spouse / Companion First and Last Names.

Select a ticket for either "RV & 2 ADULTS" or "RV & 1 ADULT".

Select a ticket for "ADDITIONAL ADULT" or "CHILD" only if there will be more people attending in your RV than the 1 or 2 that you selected on your on the basic ticket.

If you are making reservations for two RVs (you and a friend, for example), please make the two reservations separately, one in each name, so that we can get the information that we need for both registrations.

EARLY ARRIVAL

Early arrival begins on Thursday, August 11. If you are planning to arrive early, please select a ticket for your arrival date at registration. Please do not call the fairgrounds. If you're not certain about early arrival, you can come back and add that option later.

TOURS

We are offering ten area tours during this year's FROG Rally, with all of them scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday. Note that it is not possible to take two tours on the same day. A few of the tours are offered on both Tuesday and Thursday in order to make scheduling more flexible.

Factory tours are currently suspended during operating hours, and we do not know whether we will be able to offer factory tours.

NAMES

When entering names, please be sure to check spelling, capitalization, and format. We need the first and last names for your name badges, and they'll appear just as you enter them. Please enter the information carefully in order to help us eliminate the need for corrections, which are very time consuming in advance and are nearly impossible to make at the fairgrounds.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are the lifeblood of the FROG Rally.There is a place on the registration form where you can volunteer for jobs at the FROG Rally. Please let us know if you want to volunteer, and if there's a particular job that you'd like. We'll use this list of volunteers to start making assignments.  Please understand that we might not be able to assign everyone to a job that you've selected, but rest assured that there will be opportunities to volunteer throughout the week.

We will contact members selected for the parking and registration teams in advance, because those jobs require early arrival. If you are not selected for one of those assignments, you can confirm your interest in other jobs and volunteer for specific shifts on those during on-site check-in. 

 FACTORY SERVICE

Limited factory service is available to original owners of 2020 and newer model RVs.  Up to two items are available, subject to factory review and approval. Please understand that the difficulty of providing service outdoors on the fairgrounds, combined with current supply chain and parts availability issues will make it impossible to honor some service requests.

The Service Request Form is located on the FROG website at www.forestriverfrog.com/servicerequest.aspx, and can also be accessed on the FROG website by clicking "Events" and "FROG International Rally."

Because of some parts shortages and supply chain issues,
FRIDAY, JULY 1 IS THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT SERVICE REQUESTS.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a $50 cancellation fee through June 30.
From July 1 through July 31, cancellation fee is 25% of registration fees, including tours and early parking.
On or after August 1, there are no refunds.

FOREST RIVER RV REQUIREMENT

As with all FROG events, 
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE IN A FOREST RIVER OR AFFILIATED BRAND RV
(Coachmen, Dynamax, East to West, Palomino, Prime Time, Shasta).
Attempting to attend in a non-Forest River or affiliated brand RV will constitute a cancellation on the driver's part with
NO REFUND.

REGISTRATION TIPS

Once you press "BUY TICKETS" you have 30 minutes to complete registration. Please take your time registering.  Your selected tickets are held for you during that time. 

ALL questions except for "Parking Needs" and "Parking Requests" require an answer.

If you go all the way out and start over, you can lose your tickets.  

If you see a line that says "Ticket #x Profile: Copy From," please IGNORE IT and type the names in the next line.

If you log onto this page before noon eastern time, you'll see a note that ticket sales have not yet begun.  That note will change to allow sales at noon, but YOU MUST HIT REFRESH (the circular arrow at the top left of your screen on most devices) in order to see the change and to select tickets.
